  • Low use: Bi annual service. Maximum 72hr turnaround for call out
  • Intermediate: Bi annual service. Office hours phone support, Maximum 48hr turnaround for call out
  • Critical: Bi annual service. 24/7 phone support, Maximum 24 hr turnaround for call out
